Sandy grew up in West Texas and graduated from Abilene High School in 1976.
Sandy brings a wealth of experience in both business and information technology. Sandy spent approximately 16 years with West Texas Utilities/AEP in the Information Technology Department where she learned all aspects of the business world as a Network Security Analyst.
Later Sandy joined Hardin Simmons University as the Manager of Technical Support. Sandy has been involved in teaching at Highland ISD and has taught numerous continuing education courses for several colleges and health facilities.
